🧭 New Missions: Core and Side Stories
- Core Missions (Ops 38+): Embark on 10 missions confronting Khan’s rise and the altered timeline.
- Side Missions (Ops 26+): Join Lucretia, Hand of Khan, in 5 missions that explore Khan’s regime and unlock Priority 1 Away Team Assignments.
🧠 Fleet Commander: Khan Noonien Singh
Khan joins as a new Fleet Commander focused on PvP dominance. His skill trees—Visionary, Extremist, and Overseer—enhance effects like Hull Breach, Burning, and Morale.
Active Ability: “Wrath of Khan” grants a 400% fleet-wide Critical Damage boost for over 5 minutes.
Unlock Khan through Priority 1 Away Team Assignments or by defeating Khan’s Champions.
🧪 Priority 1 Away Team Assignments (P1ATAs)
A new Away Team tier for Ops 26+ players:
- Unlock: Use Service Awards in the Away Teams Research Tree.
- Collect: Defeat Augment Exiles in Exiles Space to get Hijacked Splicers.
- Exchange: Trade Splicers for Wrath Credits in the Augment Faction Store.
- Launch: Use Planetary Charts to initiate P1ATAs.
📍 Where to Find the Hostiles
The necessary hostiles—Augment Exiles—can be found in Exiles Space, a new region located between Federation and Dominion territories on the galaxy map.
- G3 Hostiles: Drop Common Hijacked Splicers
- G4 Hostiles: Drop Uncommon (and some Common) Hijacked Splicers
- G5 Hostiles: Drop Rare (plus Uncommon and Common) Splicers
- G6 Hostiles: Drop Epic (plus Rare and Uncommon) Splicers
Look for ship types like the Hijacked USS Mayflower, D3 Class, and Legionary.
These drops fuel your ability to run Priority 1 ATAs and earn Khan-related rewards.
🧬 Augment Faction Expansion
New systems open between Federation and Dominion space. The Augment faction now includes new reputation tiers:
- Patron
- Avenger
- Superior
- Exile
Unlock research speed boosts, resource efficiencies, and new Augment Faction Favors.

- Epic Carol Marcus:
- Officer Ability: Up to +700% loot from new Augment hostiles.
- Below Deck: Boosts Shield Mitigation against non-armada hull damage.
- Rare Leonard McCoy:
- Officer Ability: Boosts defense stats in Wave Defense.
- Below Deck: Adds defensive stats vs hostiles and Armadas.
- Epic Joachim:
- Officer Ability: Increases Apex Barrier when attacked on a Survey ship.
